We welcome you to join us on Saturday, July 11th, from 11AM-1PM at Harvest Hall in Grapevine, Texas on Peace Plaza for our incredible exotic car show. We will be showcasing 55 supercars that will leave your phone full of pictures and your kids talking about it for days. The car list is curated and not first come, first serve. If you are interested in displaying your exotic car please fill out the form below and we will text you if your invitation has been accepted. The event is free and open to the public.
Event Guidelines
Limited Space
Harvest Hall is the most exciting venue in DFW, but space on Peace Plaza is limited. We have perfected our layout to ensure you can be parked safely, not impede the flow of traffic or leave you feeling trapped. If you are worried about your car being around a lot of people then we encourage you to come to the show as a spectator first.
Curated List
Our show at Harvest Hall is NOT first come, first served. We carefully review all applications, vetting each person and vehicle to ensure a well-balanced show. We greatly appreciate everyone who takes the time to fill out the 'Request an Invite' form, but we are unable to accept all submissions. Even if you have a entry-level sports car, we still encourage you to apply - we'd love to meet you and get you connected with Hoctane!
Arrival & Departure
We will greet you, tell you where to park and help you. The layout is very simple, but for first timers it can be overwhelming with the sea of people. As the show goes on and the crowd gets larger we will help you get out.
Car Security & Protection
Do yourself a favor - roll your windows up, lock your doors, and grab a 'Please Do Not Touch' sign from us. Unfortunately, not all attendees respect the boundaries of the cars on display, and we can't keep an eye on all 55 vehicles at once. We have no problem stepping in and asking people to give your car some space. We also have additional security stanchions available for hypercars and supercars that we want to showcase.
Must Be Confirmed By Text
We're so excited to have you on the list and love that you're spreading the word! However, all drivers must sign up and be confirmed by us directly. We need to be able to contact each participant in case of an emergency or if a car needs to be moved. With only 55 spots and a waitlist, we want to make sure everyone has a seamless experience at the gate - so please encourage your friends to sign up in advance!
No Substitutions
Can't make it? We're sorry to hear that! Please note that your registration is not transferable. If you're unable to attend, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone on our waitlist that has agreed to our event guidelines.
Stay Near The Venue
Harvest Hall and Hotel Vin offer a variety of food and drink options across 8 boutique kitchens, including Bacchus Kitchen and Bar! We kindly ask that you stay near the venue. Downtown Grapevine is just down the street, but we may need to reach you in case of an emergency, a car alarm, or simply to connect you with like-minded people!
Respect Our Time
We love your enthusiasm, but please plan to arrive no earlier than the designated show time unless our team tells you otherwise. We'll be moving tables, chairs, and cleaning up from the night before. If you'd like to continue enjoying the venue after the show wraps up, we kindly ask that you move your car to the Valet at Hotel Vin so we can transition smoothly. We appreciate your understanding - our team works hard and we want to make sure everyone gets home to their families!
Leave Responsibly
Harvest Hall and Hotel Vin serve alcohol and we want you to have fun, but we expect you to leave the property responsibly. This is not the place to rev your catless downpipes or launch your car at the red light. The City of Grapevine and Harvest Hall love us, let's keep it that way!
