Our Founder, Texas entrepreneur, Koby Spurgin actually plans and pre-drives the route himself. He meticulously preps each route digitally before embarking on the physical pre-rally journey. Leading people down the side of a mountain with a $200k-$750k car is no easy task; many maps and roads are constantly being updated or under construction and this could become a huge risk. These risks could include physical damage to your cars, or simply damage your brand for leading people down a bad road. Scraping can cost tens of thousands of dollars and Koby doesn't want any of his clientele to experience that pain. He drives the route in his personal lowered C7 Z06 and has very high standards; he will completely change the route if it is not up to par. He wants each route to be fun, fast & safe.

There is nothing more frustrating than paying your hard earned money just to find out that the route is using Waze on the interstate from one city to another. This takes zero skill and there are countless road rally groups that charge a premium and get away with this. It's honestly all about finding the perfect balance between using the interstates and the backroads. The interstates are great when you want to get somewhere quick and get that high-speed itch out of your system, but it also increases your risk. Driving like a maniac for hours on the interstate is very risky and your odds of creating high-speed accidents and running into the law increases drastically. The backroads and scenic byways are the true way to see America in all her beauty. Usually these roads are well maintained and put you into the heart of the action. Our Hoctane Rally livery kits are shipped directly to your house to give you ample time to customize your car or send it out to the pros before the rally even starts! We have a preferred livery style that we think looks the best, but it's your experience and we want you to enjoy every part of it!
